Responsibilities:
– Meeting closely with IDPs, Refugees and Host Community families and individuals in Sharya Camp Area.
– Using the conversational way for dealing with families as being psychosocial we were using the listening and relaxation method to take care of the men and women groups and sections.
– Creating and conducting Recreational activities for IDP and Refugees such as (painting, drawing, football, Games…Etc.
– Conducting awareness sessions courses about several subjects such as (Mines protection, GBV and SGBV…etc.)
– Preparing weekly reports, focusing on IDPs and refuges cases attendance Numbers, and mentioning urgent cases.
– Documenting and saving reports in Database and using administrative tools.
– Offering general information and counseling support to the people of concern and making referrals necessarily.
– Work with the Program Manager to handle case management.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting Data prom IDPs in Camp, non-Camps and villages.
- Making assessments through phone calls to IDPs according to our tasks and responsibilities.
- Making Statistics on all the Data we collect from IDPs based on Gender, Head of Household, place … etc.
- Making weekly meetings and trainings about the latest results and putting new goals to be achieved.
- Using required tools, Software and forms for making assessments and statistics.
